Nedcam Solutions B.V. processes your personal data on our website because you make use of our website and possible forms and/or because you provide these to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process through our website:
First and last name
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website does not intend to collect special or sensitive data about website visitors.
Examples include gender, personal numbers or bank information.
Our website also has no intention of collecting data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will delete that information.
For what purpose and on the basis of which basis do we process personal data?
Nedcam Solutions B.V. processes your personal data which you voluntarily provide to us via the website in order to be able to contact you and answer your questions or start a cooperation with you.
Automated decision making
Nedcam Solutions B.V. never makes any decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect people, based on automated processing through the website.
How long we keep personal data
Nedcam Solutions B.V. does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected.
Name and email address, provided through the website we keep as long as correspondence with you continues. When the correspondence ends and no business agreement has been concluded with you, your name and email address will be removed from our systems within four weeks.
We keep Google analytics data for 26 months before it is automatically deleted: at the end of the retention period, data is automatically deleted on a monthly basis.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Nedcam Solutions B.V. never provides personal data to third parties and if this does happen only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation.
Viewing, modifying or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Nedcam Solutions B.V. and you have the right to data portability.
This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data modification of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or to object to the processing of your personal data to email@example.com.
To ensure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen’s Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
