Nedcam operates from two locations (Heerenveen – Netherlands and Rhede – Germany)
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a machinist (m/f/d) to operate our 5-axis milling machines.
Your tasks:
- Operation and Setup of 5-Axis Milling Machines: You will handle the setup and operation of our modern 5-axis milling machines for the production of high-precision molds.
- Material Processing: You will process a variety of materials, such as tool steels, aluminum, plastics, and wood, according to technical requirements.
- Quality Control: You will ensure that the manufactured parts meet high-quality standards and perform regular quality inspections.
- Technical Documentation: You will maintain the required records for machine operation and quality assurance in accordance with guidelines.
- Teamwork: You will work closely with the design and production departments to optimize manufacturing processes and find solutions for technical challenges.
Your profile:
- Completed Training as a Cutting Machine Operator or in a Comparable Field.
- Experience in Operating 5-Axis Milling Machines, ideally in model and mold making, preferably with Fidia controls.
- Solid Knowledge in Processing Materials such as tool steels, aluminum, plastics, and wood.
- Experience in Optimizing CNC Machines.
- Technical Understanding and High Precision in your work.
- Self-Reliant, Structured, and Solution-Oriented Approach to Work.
- Team Player with Strong Communication Skills.
- Excellent German Language Skills, both written and spoken.
